| Yes, I did - found the recipe on the web, and thought they were so pretty that I'd give them a try. I'm a great cookie-maker when the mood hits, but I'm not a big cookie-eater. These were pretty tasty - it's basically a vanila/peppermint flavored sugar cookie. Nice and thin and crunchy - gotta admit I enjoyed quite a few! Took the batch to work and it promptly disappeared! | What did Gracie think? I have to remember to get a picture of my Max posted. He's a 10 month old moose. Those cookies look fabulous. Those brown edges make me want to nibble (I'm diabetic and can't do that anymore - but these might make me cheat). |
