| Harvested about 15 seeds from a big rose hip on my Carefree Beauty rose today. The seeds were literally busting out of the hip, so I guess they're ripe, lol! Nearest other roses are double knockouts, if you are interested in who the 'parents' of the resulting baby roses probably are.
Would like to trade the rose seeds for anything on my 'want' list... Also would be interested in heirloom tomato seeds or romaine-type lettuce seeds. Thanks! Lois in PA |
