| Hi there,
I am a newbie who is looking for interesting Dianthus seeds. I have very little to trade, but can offer some leftovers from seed packs that I bought or were given to me. If not interested in my meager list, would anyone be interested in a postage-paid bubble mailer? My meager list:
I am especially interested in a particular type of Dianthus that I have seen around and cant figure out the name of. Its got deep pink or red blooms atop silver stems. If anyone knows the type I am describing (sorry, I didnt get a photo), or has these to trade or for sase, I would be eternally grateful! Thanks, Steff |

| Hi Steff - I harvested all the seeds my dianthus produced and have enough to send you a trade's worth. I didn't keep them separated so it's a mix of seeds. They're mostly like this one:

| I think so..? Sorry, I am so new to this kind of stuff. How much is a full trade's worth? |

| Sent you an Email. Thx! |

| Hi Steff442, A full or fair trade is not less than 24 seeds according to the FAQs on the Winter Sowing forum. If you have less than that but still want to trade, it's good to let the other person know so they can decide if they want to trade or not. I'm working on a trade now where I've only got 11 clematis seeds to trade for some Shasta daisy seeds. I'm waiting to hear back from the person on whether or not she'll accept what I have to offer. Your email hasn't come through--sometimes the ones through GW don't work. I'll try and email you directly. |

| Alrighty.. I got your email, hopefully you receive my reply! I have plenty of blue flax, based on that number. I was looking all over to find what a fair trade was. I should have known to just take another look at the Winter Sowing FAQ's! Thanks, Steff :) |

| Steff, I think the flower you are looking for is actually mullein pink. Do an image search on google and see if the pics match what you're looking for. That one has been on my plant.seed wish list for a while. Sorry-none to offer. Beatrice |

| OMG! That's exactly it! Thank you so much. I will grab a pack of seeds at the nursery, since trades seem to be lacking for these little guys lately. Also, the pinks that gardenweed sent me were beautiful, although I didn't get out in time to harvest seed. My remaining blue flax flopped, though. I hope she had better luck with the ones I sent her. Ugh. |
