Are there different veggies that can be winter sown in different zones ?

There are many that are the same, and some varieties of same that are zone-specific (like onions). Have you checked on the discussions side of this forum, or on the seed lists in the FAQs? There's a ton of stuff on those lists.

The only thing that *I* can think of at the moment that is hard for Z5ers is eggplant. But that's only because I only grow what I can grow, and usually don't stray outside the box much ;)
