RE: have: assrtd perrenials for ws seedlings?

Is the Tropical Hibiscus able to stay in the ground year round? I am zone 5

I could trade hostas now. Both the hydranger and peonies are just growing and peonies putting out to bloom. They are best transplanted in the Fall. jleek
