... although completely inexperienced.

I hope my seeds will be of acceptable quality, since this will be my first time trading. I am hesitant to offer, but I feel guilty just taking. So here goes:

Asclepias incarnata-Swamp milkweed
Echinacea purpurea-Purple coneflower
Perennial mix- mostly native
Bizarre mix- Heavy on marigold and chaff, with assorted perennials for second year after planting out.

The last is a total experiment. I plan to start several containers at different times this season, just to see what happens. I thought if I offer to share, others might have fun with it too and we can share the results.

I have a Northern Wisconsin Bizarro Mix myself, Maybe you want to trade for some of you MI Bizarro Mix?

Send me an email!

I know there are portacula, mums, black-eye-susans, maybe some indian paintbrush? forget-me-nots, tons of stuff. We just threw seeds in a bag while we were on vacation. It was kinda fun and Im going to toss some into the back by the compost and see what comes up. There might be bladder campion in there. There were some small pinecones in there, blue bead lily, something red that looked like blue bead lily.....

I'm really pleased with the responses. Email sent to all.

Update: I have sifted through the MI bizaarre mix so there is much less chaff and a better balance with themarigold seeds. The mix seems to have Black Eyed Susan, Anise Hyssop, Blanket Flower and Purple Coneflower among others. It may also contain hibiscus, morning glory (very little), purple aster, coreopsis, white coneflower, and some liatris.
