Terrific, GGG! What's the name of those zinnias? I'm really liking the HHs I'm seeing this year - yours are great, and my favorite flower color, too! Might have to give them a try for next year ...

I have no idea what that zinnia is. It either came from Landreth in a package or from a trade. The Landreth zinnias have all been pretty fantastic so far this year.

The HH was winter sown last year, me thinks a biennial variety, a figleaf hybrid probably from cassis and a double dark black/purple powder puff I had been growing.

Pvic I'll be saving seed!

Beautiful. That Zinnia is very eye catching.
But where are your Sunflowers? Didn't you send me a gazillion Sunflowers? :-)

I probably did send you sunflowers. I just planted a few, now that we are finally getting some rains once a week. I haven't been watering the main garden, so I skipped the sunflowers this year.
Someone not far from here has gorgeous sunflowers in their cottage garden, but they MUST water. I have to tote from rain barrels (until I get a submersable pump!!)
