Sown as an afterthought this year from a mix - got one plant from 10 seeds. It's in a 5" pot for now; this one will overwinter inside and hopefully survive to grow on next year.

I didn't think the flowers would be so big and so profuse .....

Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful, I love the color.

I may have to bring in a black-eyed susan vine that hasn't bloomed yet, but is growing nicely.

I know you'll understand my joy!

RE: Abutilon

Oh, how exquisite -- especially backlit like that! Where did you find the seeds?

Hi Pat!

I got the seeds back in 2003 from Parks - 'Crepe de Chine' mix. The plant is still outside, and looks like it's trying to open some more flowers, even though it's freezing out there (OK, it's only 56, but the wind is fierce!). I'll have to bring it in soon ......

RE: Abutilon

Congratulations on growing such a beauty from a mix.
