| Alcea rosea, deep red ws '07 bloom '08 love this color
Also ws '07 bloomed '08 but no photo 'Creme de Cassis' ws '07 black, single no bloom but good foliage, hope they will bloom '09 |

| AWWW - I love that color! I bought an alcea rugosa - yellow from plant delights in the spring and it bloomed beautifully. It did have rust late in the season but continued blooming away. I'm wintersowing some other colors - had some black ones to sprout too soon but we'll see. The yellow one also has a few babies that popped up in the yard. She was a stunner! Nik |
