okay to sow ornamental grasses now?

I am in zone 7b - New Mexico. I've sowed most of my perennials and have things sprouting already. I thought I had read in a post that ornamental grasses are a little more sensitive to the cold and it might be good to wait a little while to sow them - but that could be my old lady brain playing tricks on me. Right now daytime temps are in the 40's and 50's and nights in the 20's but it's certainly possible that we could still get a cold snap. The grasses in question are the Elijah blue fescue, annual hares tail grass and little hobbit bearskin fescue.
