New WS'er, Thanks, and a Question

Hey all, I'm happy to have learned of this method here and to see and read so many great results. I have a new (to me) home and this seems like a great, inexpensive and efficient way to get things going with some new gardens.

So I've received my seed order, collected my milk jugs and getting to work this weekend. I've kind of cross searched pretty much everything on my list with this forum, and it seems like everything should work well with the WS method. Are there any here you'd wait a couple months to start? I'm in zone 6, cold and snowy suburbs north of NYC. Just wanted to double check, but it seems even the annuals on my list are hearty enough to handle it.

Thanks!
