Using greenhouse do i still use plastic on top

It will not be heated. Not sure if the plastic on the flats will make them too hot when the sun is outside or if they will be too dry. I can check on water regularly or.. using 4 inch pots in flats. I can leave door open or closed. Any help will be appreciated.

I would leave the tops off, if you plan to have them inside the plastic cover. I would check the moisture more often, though.
