Newcomer at Conversations side with veggie questions

Could some of you who typically sow vegetables using WS check the conversations side of this forum -

There is a newcomer there with questions, I'm not the best person to be addressing him since I sow few vegetables, concentrating instead on trees, shrubs, perennials....

Welcome Tim! I've experimented a little with veggies but not enough to give advice. Here's what comes up as a result of searching for "vegetables" in the winter sowing forum. Good luck with your garden.
