I understand they take a while to full bloom. When I opened the packet amazed how small the seeds were!
Tell me your experiences on WS or about this plant.

In my garden they bloomed their second year from seed. Pretty things, worth the wait. The plants need good drainage or they are short-lived.

I tried them once and they didn't come back the second year.

Thank You Trudi_d and Prairiemoon2.

I'll put them in compost when they get some size.

I WS them last year, commercial seed from Livingston Seed Co. Great germination, transplanted very well, got some blooms the first year around August. Hoping they live through the winter. My only complaint--the seed pack said they were pom-poms, and they are all standard daisy. I love the standard daisy English Daisy, but I prefer when the flower that grows matches the seed pack label!

I got the HABANERA Mix from Swallowtail Seeds. Thank you deanna_in_nh
