I'd just sow them all now or over the next month. There are some who hold off on annuals till late march or april, but that's not really wintersowing. If marigolds and petunias can thrive going out in January, as mine have, I don't see why almost anything can't go out now.

I do wait on my annuals. If Wintersown, they might germinate during a warm spell and then perish during an unexpected cold snap. I find I have plenty to do anyway, Wsing all the perennial seeds I want to sow, and leave the annuals for the bottom of the line up -- usually end of March/beginning of April here in zone 7.

No need to apologize for asking questions or the number of questions. That's how one learns and as my grandpa always said "the only 'dumb question' is the one you never asked".

Annuals should be the last ones you WS because they will germinate on you as soon as we get some "crazy warm weather", and it will be way too soon for you.

Annual statice and portulaca especially, will germinate very quickly if the temps warm up, but neither will survive the return to cold temps, ice storms, or buried in the snow.

In your zone, I would hold off on those seeds until the beginning of April, at the earliest, mid to end April would be fine as well.

In zone 5, New England, I wait until last few days of April for your seeds and they germinate within a week or at most.

I wait for any frost tender ones, too. Since they generally don't need a cold strat, no advantage to planting them now.

Our temp is 62 degrees now, but it will be 24 by tomorrow night. I don't want tender sprouts during these oddball warm weather times. Been there, done that. The plants were killed by return of freezing temps.
