| See my post on "Cabin Fever". I went on a buying spree and stocked up on annual seeds. So, when the weather warms up I'll be sowing all of these seeds and Zone 5 is going to rush into the lead in the container count. Just a friendly warning. Come on all my Zone 5 team mates! Let's go!

| Since I'm the counter, I have to maintain neutrality on the container thread, but I've got a few more perennials and lots of annuals and veggies left to sow to help out zone 5. Also been going nuts over at the Lily Auction buying Daylily seeds. Don't ask me what I'm going to do with all those Daylilies, but just add that to my list of gardening addictions. Anyway, those seeds won't be be sown 'til April. |

| All right Zone 5! I need to go on a serious container search pretty soon. I did the wintersowing swap last fall and got so many cool seeds that I've been using up my milk jugs as soon as I get them. I do have my best friend and her 4 teenagers saving their mild jugs for me, but even that isn't enough. I do have several stacks of McD's and smoothie cups with lids that I save. But I generally can't be bothered sowing such small containers. Maybe for annuals like sunflowers. I guess that would boost my numbers pretty quickly, wouldn't it? Hmmm. Maybe I'll put holes in those today, just to be ready. Keep up the good work Zone 5! Martha |

| I have 40 containers, mostly vegetables. I noticed that just today some are sprouting. It's supposed to be 22 degrees tonight. |
