Looking ahead... Zone 6 question

So I know that the weather is wacky this year and who knows what to expect, but I am wondering what is the usual timeline for zone 6 for when the seeds generally sprout and when you generally start planting then in the garden? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Mine start sprouting in mid March. There is no timeline for planting out as I plant out when the true leaves appear. As a general rule, I am done by the end of April with round one.

Seeds that need continuous warm temps sprout later. i continue to sow through the summer with late fall plantout.

I planted in the end of May. I wait until there are several days of rain predicted.
