When to WSow sunflowers in zone 6?

I started some dwarf ones years ago but can't remember when I did sow them. This year I'm starting a few big ones for a friend.

Hi Karen,

Wait until the end of March, then they'll likely start to sprout by end of April and you can tranplant into the ground by Mother's Day.
