I built this last week when a friend gave me a window,I just had to put it to use.I will start tomatos and peppers in it,hopefully it will work..I ran a set of xmas lites in it for nite time temps and put a cpl two litres half full of water to heat up during the daytime and release heat at nite...I will take temp readings this week during nite and day and see what else I may have to do..the reading today was outside temp 38 inside 102 degrees..it heats up quickly..

Nice. Looks like you lined it with a radiant barrier / reflective material. Sounds like you should be prepared to vent it, that is hot!
I was given a couple of windows and built one last month.
No liner tho, and no power where the garden is.
bell peppers, brocolli have germinated. Tonight in S. louisiana temps will be in low 20's, doubt my stuff will survive. I think next try, I will use your water trick.
