Okay, I'll admit peppers are the ONE thing that I still sow indoors, LOL, but I know there are plenty of wintersowers that grow peppers, so I thought I'd post this over here on the Wintersowing Forum.

The rules are explained clearly by the original poster. Is there something in particular you don't understand?

Paperfinch, at the bottom of my original post, you should see a bright blue link. If you click on that, it should take you to the sign up thread on the Round Robin forum. Once you are there, you should see an explanation of how the swap works. Just post there if you are interested, and I will email you my address.
