Too late to start?

Hi,

Have never tried to WS. I plan to try salvia patens and snapdragons. Is it too late to start them now? Also, does it matter where the flats/containers are placed? Do they need to be somewhere where they will have sunlight (which is nil in central New York in winter) or can they just be placed anywhere? Thanks!

Nope, not too late. Jump right in. It doesn't matter where you place them in winter. Once spring comes with warmer weather, too much sun might be too hot and cause them to dry out faster.
