Supposed to be curly but doesn't look curly to me. It's under my lights but will probably set it outside and/or grow it in the kitchen window. I'm not used to having fresh herbs and use dried parsley a lot, no flavor, just adds flecks to add a little color, use it always when I bake fish, came up with my own super easy method for that.

Now when I make tabouli, I need a lot of it, probably more than I'll get from these. But I wanted to see if they would sprout and can always plant more, wish I had room for a dedicated herb garden close to the door. Always wishin' for something.

What do you use yours for?

Maybe I'll sow some today too. I'll make it a birthday tradition. I was just gonna have some pineapple rum (it's ok, it's my b-day) while I cleaned and marked my newer container's, but I could fill some with parsley seeds also.

I don't have a specific sowing day for anything, maybe the same week though. The 2nd week of March, I WS all of my tomatoes, and indoor sow all of my peppers.

There are a lot of folks that sow peas on St. Patrick's Day each year I've heard.

Peas on St. Patty's day? Hmmm....I just bought a pack and was wondering when I should sow those. Now I know!
