I wouldn't worry about it. Last year I had everything out by this time and most everything eventually sprouted. It's still rather early for your zone. I put out convolvulus, which is a morning glory relative, a few weeks ago and it just sprouted, and I think I'm a little farther south than you (PA/MD border).

It's hard, but give it time. Last year I had things that didn't sprout till May even though they went out in late Feb. or early March.

Thank you Caryl that makes me feel better. I went and double checked and I didn't put out my morning glories after all! I made up the cups with labels and drainage holes but never did put them outside. I think I'm just going to wait until the end of April beginning of May so that I get my morning glories for sure this year. The sweet peas are pretty hardy so I'm just not going to stress over them, and everything else is perennial or a reseeder so I think I'm good.

What would a year of winter sowing be without a little panic, right? ;) Thanks for your reply!

quilt mommy - I put out my sweet peas (royal mix) on 2/26 and they germinated on 3/18 and doing well so far. I'm in your zone. I also sowed dwarf morning glories at the same time and they germinated 3/15 and are about 1/2 inch tall now (convolvulus).

cottagedreamer - oh that makes me feel much more confident, thank you for sharing! I have some convolvulus seeds, they are a few years old though, maybe I will go ahead and try those seeing as you've had such success. :)

I just put mine out this morning. It supposed to be cold on Thursday. I put them in individual cups. I have a lot of them. This will be my first season in 10 years of trying to grow them. I'm thinking they should be okay, as long as they don't germinate, too quickly.
