Transplant Bachelor Buttons now?

First year WS, so I'm really excited to get sprouts!! HOWEVER, I sowed bachelor buttons with gazanias, balsams, and cosmos. The buttons are the only ones that have sprouted so far and already have their first set of true leaves. I'm hoping to bring them to a seed swap in June. Should I transplant into pots now, leave them outside or inside an enclosed but uninsulated back porch, and bring them to the swap in June?

Did I WS the other seeds too early? Is that why they haven't sprouted, or has is just been too cold for them to start? Will they even sprout???

Thanks for any insights you can give me!
