I guess I wasn't clear. I'm asking when I should wintersow the peppers, not when they go into the garden.

I accidently sowed a container of peppers back in like january, well I had germination but it was slow. Other than that I have only sowed one veggie and that was broccoli. LOL, I need to get busy.

I would say since you are in zone 7 I wouldn't see what it would hurt to sow your peppers now or wait till this cold front that is with us now moves out from you guys.
