Watch your sprouts in the SouthEast - due to warm temps!!!!

Hey folks!!!

I just went out to take some pictures of my sprouts, and low and behold, it is HOT out there - already 80 degrees here in central NC / Zone 7B - and my older sprouts were not happy - until I opened their lids - They are going to be fine, but had I not checked them and opened many of them - I am not real sure they would have survived today..

Just a thought......

oh I envy you!
I wish I had to worry about Sprouts baking.
I'm still wearing my winter coat, and using the heat. :But you are quite right - we always say we lose more sprouts to baking than to freezing.

I'm looking forward to it being warm enough that I have to worry about that. :)
Actually I heard it is going to reach 70 this week-end!!
