Our very first winter sowing sprouts!

This is our first year winter sowing and today was the first day we had sprouts! Granted, it's Green Ice Lettuce, but still, we're all pretty excited here! I don't know how to link a picture here, but we're keeping a winter sowing journal on our blog. Michele

congrats, Michele. I'm new at winter sowing too, and I'm dancing right along with you. I just celebrated my first sprouts yesterday. Yah Hoo!

Yippee! The first sprouts are very exciting, even when you're not a newbie.

This is my 4th year, and the first sprouts of the year are just starting in the last couple days too!
