should I hold on to these seeds for next winter?

I (like so many others probably) am wondering if it is too late to "winter" sow certain items?

I've had some late trades and there are a few other items I never got around to planting out. The nights are staying around 40 degrees F. Maybe a tad lower. Do these perennials need long periods of cold stratification in order to germinate? Should I hold on to them for next winter, or do you think these would be okay to plant out this week? Have you done any of these this late with success?

Here is what I have left to plant:

Alliums

Penstemons

Scropularia macrantha

Scullcaps

Pulsatillas

An Echinacea

and Iceplant seeds

Your thoughs? Thanks much for any advice you can give!
