Let The Sunshine In

Hi everyone,

With all this warm weather, I've been trying to hurry and get all my perennial seeds planted. For example, today I planted Feverfew, Amsonia AKA Blue Stars, Liatris (the common purple kind I believe, the packet was just labeled Liatris), Siberian Iris, Swamp Milkweed, Wild Bergamot, and Butterfly Bush. I have lots more to do, mostly annuals. I'm discovering more sprouts each day, a few new ones here and there but mostly more are appearing in the containers that have already sprouted.

Hopefully, my sister will want a garden planted this year and she said the place she, her boyfriend and her kids are moving into has a BIG yard :). Need I say more? LOL

Out of the containers I planted today, the one I'm most excited about is the Butterfly Bush. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it sprouts!

Most of what I have planted/am planting, I have never seen or heard of before. It's just adding to the fun!
