Snow today...

Yesterday I was out cutting down ornamental grass - today it is snowing!

It is winter in MASSACHUSETTS
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At 25 below
Oh, how I love Massachusetts
When the snow is up to your butt
You take a breadth of winter
And you nose gets frozen shut
Yes the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Massachusetts
'Cause I am frozen to the ground

Yes, it snowed here today too. I almost cried but I took a deep breath, forced a stiff upper lip and threw another log in the woodstove. Good news it melted on contact. Better news they're calling for 60 degrees by Friday.

It didn't snow, but it sure felt like it was going to. We usually turn the heat off during the day. Not today!
