Thanks again to paulan, who sent me seeds of Adenium obesum pink (Desert Rose). It's new to me, a hot weather plant native to arid regions of Africa & Madagascar, popular in Asia. It's been hot & dry here so I hope that it germinates and feels at home. A waterwise plant!

Well, I've finally finished! I did a blitz tonight and completed 30 containers. My new and FINAL total is 152.

Another rainy day. (sigh). So I ws'd......

1209 is my new total. I ws'd "royal family" sweet peas in honor of the royal wedding. :P. I'm on the letter "t" so I am almost done! I know I have a ton of zinnias though...... I'm running out of deck space and may have to start filling my patio. LOL

OT but is it true you can't sow zinnias in the same place 2 years in a row? Or same deck container?

WHAT!@#@$.. gotta be crazy - I got morning glories, zinnia's - already sprouted.. but - could do some sunflowers and aster :) I'm gonna need a little incentive. haha.. it sounds.. like I need to make some coffee!!!! I never thought I would be posting down to the wire... but please add 6 more for z4. The peas I sowed earlier haven't started sprouting yet and I'm nervous they rotted instead. :-( SO, I sowed 6 more containers of peas tonight! Whew, can't wait to start planting stuff out!

Ok........ Let's have some fun here.... I found out after I started posting for zone 5 that I am actually zone 6. I'm close to the lake so that bumps me up a zone I guess. I looked at several websites that checked my zone via zip code and they all came back ZONE 6! Sorry I assumed I was zone 5. Recently moved... Newbie mistake. ;)

So I would like really like to move my 1209 containers to zone 6!!! Sorry
zone 5 but you win every year so I don't feel sorry for ya! ;). You can still
win this year but you'll have to work last minute for it...

So the final count so far would look something like
