Add two more to Zone 5. I didn't want to do it, but the dh was being "helpful" and meant to put my box of seeds out in the garage and they only made it as far as the patio table where they got rained on.
These two are the only ones that were wet enough to stick to the paper.

gotta love the man, but sometimes.......

Zone Lynda total for this year is 1408 and I think I'm finished. Hooray! That's over 5000 containers in two WS seasons.

Expect far far fewer containers from me in future years. I think I've got a lifetime supply of flowers now so future sowing should be limited to veg, fruits and herbs. At least I hope so! :)

Yes, as far as I'm aware it stops as of May 1st. I looked it up a while back because I started WS on December 13 and didn't count the first 30 containers I did prior to December 21 in the "official" count, just in my own overall total.

Haven't been here in a while, and just checked the final tally. Zones 5 and 6 were close for a long time, but it looks like we pulled away for the win : )

Brandy, thank you so much for keeping track of all of those posts. You did a great job!!! Very nice of you to volunteer. Just want you to know that I appreciate all of your time and effort!

This is my very first year Winter Sowing and after the first container and many hours of reading posts on GardenWeb I now have 73 containers planted! I am so excited to see sprouts that I can hardly contain myself:)

Not sure how long you'll be keeping track of the count and when the cut-off is. I just got done winter sowing the last of my perennials but still have my annuals to do in another week or two. I didn't post my count before because I just thought I'd wait until the perennials were done. I have 46 jugs for zone 6. I'll post my annuals after I finish those. Thanks for keeping track off all of our containers, Brandy!
