What happened to your plant markers inside and your labeling on the outside of your containers? Whoops! Surprize! Surprize! Do you have any kind of record of what you planted? There is several websites that you can view seedling ID's. If you post what you think they might be, maybe somebody can help you ID them.

I haven't removed the top part of the 2l bottle yet. I put the labels in between dirt and container. However, the text is facing the dirt. I didn't have any record but I did label them all. I remember few of them. :) I'll check it later. And yes, it's a surprize! :D

Great news! Now you can relax, the others will probably follow shortly. Sounds like you did label them, so you will know later what they are. Is this your first year WSing? I like surprises though when something unplanned happens. Last year I planted out what was suppose to be a pepper plant. I kept telling myself that it didn't look like a pepper plant, but I planted it in my sq foot garden pepper bed anyway. No it wasn't a lonely petunia but it was a beautiful poppy! I still haven't figured out which poppies are annuals and which are perennials, so I don't know if it will come back, but there are a bunch of little seedlings coming up and I am hoping they will be poppies.

Thanks Em and ladyrose! :) Hi bev2009. Yup, I labeled them all. It's my 3rd year wintersowing but this year, I was a bit late. I started March 11. I usually start first to second week of January. For poppies, I just spread the seeds in fall, same with Larkspur. I saw seedlings of poppies and larkspur yesterday. :) You can easily I identify a poppy seedling by the shape of their leaves. It's unique.
