OT- Pleasant Surprise!!

This year I decided to purchase lettuce and some other seeds from Vesey's. I sowed them last week and found they were in re-sealable packets!!! I always wondered why they never did that. There is always seed leftover and it's a bother finding tape to re-close the packet, and you lose information by ripping the packet open. It's amazing that I found something so simple exciting!!! Gardeners!!

Duh! Why didn't some one think of that sooner? Why didn't one of us think of it? I understand your simple joy completely.

I know, it's brilliant. My seed stash is full of paper-clipped and taped seed packets.

I did a happy dance last year when I saw Seeds of Change switched from glued-down paper to recyclable plastic packets with a zipper on top. I hope it catches on with other seed companies.
