| I've read what seems like 500 posts and I think to myself, why haven't I tried this before?
I'm making seeds lists, and mental notes of seeds to gather in my yard, and starting my container stash. This forum is so inspiring :) Hopefully next spring I'll be posting pictures of my sprouts. Keep the good advice and pictures flowing! |
Follow-Up Postings:

| Do it now. Spring sowing is here and I sow until July 1. If you need seeds, see my post. |

| Welcome Ripley! You should take Bakemom up on her offer and use the technique for spring sowing. Annuals love it, protects them while they grow bigger and are all ready to go out in the garden. I often sow perennials as well and then pot them up to grow all summer with tlc and then pop them in the gorund in the fall. No reason to wait if your excited - go for it! |
|
| I also spring-sow for replacements in a bed of iris (irises?). My cosmos will be going out soon, and I think I'll finally get the MGs going this weekend, too. And some more annuals need to get done for sure for a local city planting. Yup, do it now! |
