Black Brandywine Red Brandywine Cherokee Purple Rutgers PaulRobeson I had wanted giant belgium and mortgage lifter but no sprouts.. The rutgers and paulRobeson I grew last year, the only ones that I liked enough to grow again, The other 3 are new to me.I keep trying new to me ones, thats the fun part of it..
Only a gardener would look, see eye candy, start salivating, then go check the cookbook for tomato recipes!! Those are some fine looking tomato plants and I wish you a bountiful harvest of fruit. I grew Stupice and grape tomatoes in containers last year and with the drought, just keeping them watered about did me in so I'm growing heirloom French Romaine lettuce this year instead--less work and less waiting.
I planted a few mortgage lifters. One sprouted a few weeks ago and has second and third leaves now, but there are now three new sprouts in the last few days. Maybe yours will still come up.
Anyway, the ones you have look great and I'm sure they'll be tasty.
