Can you help me ID this plant?

It's driving me nuts, and even though it's very close to blooming, can you help me ID this:

That is my guess too. I have a number of those plants so I recognize it.

I think it is ox eye daisy rather than shasta daisy ie Leucanthemum vulgare rather then Leucanthemum x superbum.

I think it's a daisy, but not shasta. It looks like the foliage of what I've always called field daisy.

I cant wait to find out, cause I think I remember seeing the same thing in my bed. I planted out over 200 milk jugs last yr.

I agree with Flora, ox-eye daisy, which I think is the precursor of Shasta Daisy. I have both in my garden.
