Ok I got some pumpkin seeds in a trade that I requested. Ok I ws them and they germinated. Now here is my problem. I am very short on sun spots. I am unsure of if pumpkins can be planted with flowers like coneflowers or hibiscus and calendulas or even with cosmos and zinnias.

So please talk to me if you have grown pumpkins in with flowers and if they (pumpkins) did ok. The types of pumpkins I have are Large carving pumpkins, small filed trip pumpkins, jack b little, baby pam and pie pumpkins. thanks so much for any help that you can offer.

Paula

You have just entered the 'Plant Zone'. I planted pumpkins last summer, for the first time. Without heeding to warning whereas to put them.

I put them in a corner in the lawn, 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers'! They vined everywhere!

Paul, they needs lots of room, I mean LOTS! Have Fun!
