Can't change my email address

I have received a couple of messages saying my email isn't going through. I checked my profile and it has my old email address from when I was using AOL. I am trying to change the email but keep getting a message that that email address is already in use. I'm not very bright with computer use but how can someone else on here have the same email address. Anyone Help???????

I contacted GW at the address above on the day the link was sent to me. STILL I can't change my email. I have contacted them again today so hopefully I will have a correct email soon. Thank you to anyone for being patient if you are trying to contact me.
