| I wintersowed it but heck if I know when. My method of labeling sucked!!
Can you help me out here this looks like nothing I have ever seen before. It is a paler green with almost red veining. I just noticed it today but these are just the cotyledon leaves. If ya suggest me wait for true leaves for a more proper id I will be happy to. TIA!!!
Oh I didn't shrink the picture so you would have a better chance of seeing it. Oh and the one I am referring to is the one in the smack center. Not the monarda or the coneflower!!

Carolyn, it looks like it could be Morning Glory. You are talking about the lower bottom bottle? Otherwise, it could be Celosia. They have red stems.

The round container in the middle with the two seedlings? Looks like the seedlings of Verbena Bon. that I have self seed all over my gardens (I manage it without too much of a problem but someone here - Karen? - is over run with it. so if it is Verb. Bon., be careful!

Maybe I better wait to see some true leaves. This is no morning glory and the cotyledon is way to big for celosia. Verbena bon. I have growing and this didn't look anything like those seedlings. The stem on this is a good size and I must of thought that it grew in shade or I wouldn't have it in this spot with no germination. I grew very very very few annuals at all and I didn't grow any annuals in their separate containers. I believe even all of my herbs did I grow in combined containers including my perennial herbs. The container I am asking about is the one closest to the bottom with one seedling. Nan the container your referring to is monarda I had it in full sun and then I started getting bleached out spots on it so I moved it to more shade.

It reminds me of Balsam (Impatiens balsamina) or other Impatiens. Could it be that?
