| Here are some pictures of the overall garden. I have just about got all the new mulch down. All of the hollyhocks are volunteers and came up nowhere near where they were last year. It is hard telling what kind of volunteers I pulled up when I was weeding. I have volunteer larkspur everywhere.

| Thank you. It's a wonder that it looks as good as it does due to the fact that it has pretty much been neglected for two years due to health problems. I have to admit I hired a high school boy to help me weed and put down mulch. I lost a lot of my WS plants and didn't WS this winter. But as you can see I have plenty of room left for next year! |

| I love the look of that garden, wish I could say the same for mine, my bags of mulch are still piled up next to the shed but with a little luck and some help from the grandsons perhaps the mulch will be in the gardens before the bags self-destruct in the sun. |

| Look at those beautiful hollyhocks! My BIL used to plant them along the chainlink fence between him and the next door neighbor. I don't recall him ever having to stake them but one would think so as those were at least 5 or 6 ft. tall but I was just a kid or young adult then too. Maybe they just looked that tall! |

| They do get very tall but I've never had to stake them. |

| The beds are so pretty ... so neat and organized ... wish mine looked half as good ... my mulch is still in a pile ... I like the hollyhocks, too, and wondered if you had to stake them ... hollyhocks don't do well for me, but after seeing yours, I want to try them again ... good job on all!!
