I don't know. The tag looks like it starts with a capital C. Or maybe the Che is the name of the person I got it from. Who knows! I have other sprouts of it growing around it. I definitely need a longer lasting method of garden stakes!

Well, it looks to be a yarrow (achillea) of some sort, I notice the Y at the top of the tag and the leaves look to be a yarrow, and by doing a Google search, it could be either Cherries Jubilee or Cherry Queen. Any of this ring any bells?

The sprout growing in the middle of the yarrow looks like either mugwort or some variety of chrysanthemum to me.

I can see part of the Y above the che on the tag. I have yarrow cerise queen, maybe you miss spelled the name?? If it is erisse queen, it will be under two feet tall with pinky to redish flowers with white center.

RE: Any idea what this is?

Thanks guys! Well, according to my records I have sprouted two yarrows, Cerise queen and an unnamed cherry red. So I guess I'll just wait and see if it blooms to determine which one it is. Definitely not Queen Anne's Lace. I've pulled enough of them to know what they look like!

I say Yarrow, Cherry Red.
