Help with ID (again!)

My daughter moved into a house with a beautiful, well established garden. I've been able to identify most of her plants, but this one has me stumped.

There's a few of them, and the support rings were all there as well. Thanks guys, for any help.

Could it be Valerian? Hard for me to tell since I'm reading this on my phone right now.

Yes, it is Valerian, Valeriana officinalis.
