Pics of my new yard and mystery seed pods

I hope these are pics of my new blank slate. The front faces mostly east and a bit north. The back faces south west. I get broken sun throughout the day and lots of shade. I have another to post of a small area of side yard that never gets sun at all.
Is this seed pod a wisteria? My neighbor has it growing all over the place and it's twisted through the trees that overhang my yard. I can't tell if it's the wisteria or the tree that has these giant pods. Thanks all. Hope this works http://s1175.photobucket.com/albums/r635/ohiovalleygardener I am NOT a computer literate person.

Those are wisteria seed pods as you guessed. And in case you were thinking of sowing some, you already know it takes some attention to keep wisteria in bounds - add to that they don't bloom from seed for as long as 10-15 yrs, wisteria has a very long juvenile stage when grown from seed as compared to cuttings :)

Thank you for identifying my mystery seed pods. I will definately not sow any. The wisteria was so beautiful in he spring hanging over my driveway and along my side yard. Now there are wisteria vines absolutely everywhere. It's like a full time job keeping them pulled away from my house. Seems like in no time after cleaning them off my house they are vining up to my windows and into the gutters. I will get rid of as many seed pods as I can.
