Congrats on your new home! I don't blame you for being anxious. I've been thinking about what I want to plant next year even though I'm struggling to keep everything watered right now in this crazy heat.

I just checked your trade page and it's still blank. You need to get your want-list going. It might encourage me and others to go out and collect seeds rather than letting the birds get them.

I hated to put anything on my want list since I didn't have anything to offer yet. I'll get on that now. Thanks for suggesting it.

Indiana PL, you do not necessarily have to wait until winter, depending on how long your growing season is. Perennials that don't require cold stratification could be started from seed in August or late July - as long as you get them in the ground a few weeks before your first frost, so they have time to establish themselves.
