| Bought one of these at a clearance sale. I always thought TOTO was an annual. This one says perennial. Has anyone tried this? Beautiful rud...lovely dwarf. Seeds come true? |

| It has been more of a reseeder than a perennial for me here in Maryland. Although this past winter, which was very warm, I think I did have some overwintered plants. Not all of the flowers have the inner brown ring on yellow. I don't know if this is common only to toto or to all of the rudbeckia from seed. So, in other words...maybe. |
