I walked down to the Dollar General and they had seeds for 10 cents and 3 cents!!!!! Stocked up big time, may go back today, lol. As if I need more seeds :). They had veggies, annuals and perennials........score!

Google "Dollar General stores" You should be able to find their store locations on their website.

I don't have annuals, just perennials, but I have A LOT of baptisia/false indigo, dianthus/carnation, rose campion, Maltese cross, columbine, Shasta daisy and a few others that are available for SASBE/BEAP/postage if anyone is interested.

Thanks for the heads up!

Our HD's did not put their seeds on sale at all. They just pulled them off the shelves. I was ticked off.

ladyrose - stores in the Northeast haven't gotten the 411 yet that people do some kind of gardening all year long. Really exasperating! Don't forget to get soil for WSing (if you need it) before they pull that off the shelves too!

There is no Dollar General in my state. There is a sign saying that one is coming in 2008.

Thanks Pvick! Yes! I am budgeting for the soil. Since I never really stopped buying seeds from Hazzard's and Swallowtail.
