We Seedies can't bear to waste an envelope by sending only one seed at a time. What fun is that? I have to force myself to stop collecting seeds, and I still have thousands more than I can possible use. So, why not share?

Nice pics...love the gaura...they look like masses of fluttering butterflies. :D

The gaura blooms first year from seed. It also keeps blooming non-stop right up 'til Thanksgiving, ignores drought, frost, wet, just about anything Mother Nature throws at it, and produces lots of easy-to-harvest seeds. It does flop over but I just use fishing line & a bamboo stake to tie it up or else let it grow through the Russian sage/anything nearby that's tall.

Ladybells are blooming again now--the third time they bloomed this season.

I am so glad to have such a nice friend..I just hope somday I can repay gardenweed somehow!! God willing, in time I will be able to send and give seed from these plants to other newbies!!
