Wash off any pulp if you didn't, pat or rub them dry after washing (I lay them on a dish towel and blot with a another or paper towel), spread them out where they can air dry at room temp for about 7 - 10 days...they should be good to package then.

My experience has been more than seven days, closer to a month would be better. Pumpkin seeds are broad and thick with a leathery shell, it can take weeks on end until the seeds are sufficiently dry for storing. When you do store them, put them in paper packets and add a silica pack. As trading season is a long way off, you can give them sufficient time to dry without worry.

Thanki you both! I have washed and separated them from the orange pulp and they are drying on a paper towel lined cookie sheet! I will make sure they dry a long time before I package them! Wow There are a LOT of seeds too!

Yeah, they are really yummy seasoned with a little of the goop, some salt and toasted in the oven.
