 o
Zombies Seed Snatchin'...

My family and I attended our first 'Zombie Walk' yesterday and it was in a local town square. I always enjoy going to the square ESPECIALLY in the fall because they do fantastic container gardening throughout and there's always seed heads (begging) to come home with me..

As we walked around the square we were told to stay in 'character'... *zombie groan*, shuffling ... reaching out to the REAL people that were taking pictures...you know, pretending we wanted to munch on them and such.. but I just could not stop myself.. I saw the containers as we drew closer and I just HAD to reach out and grab some seed heads from each container I shuffled by... My kids were just shaking their heads.. so I started groaninggg "SEEEEEEEDSSS" and snatching them and shoving them into my pocket. Even becoming part of the un-dead couldn't stop my seed obsession! :)

Here's a pic of my gory family...
